Ingredients

  • 3 cups Thick Poha
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 3 Green Chillies chopped
  • Pinch of Hing
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp powdered Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts
  • 1 tbsp Daliya
  • 2 strings of Curry leaves

Instructions

  • Take oil in microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 2mts.
  • Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilies, curry leaves, and microwave for 2 mts.
  • Add peanuts and microwave for 3 mts, making sure to stir after every one minute.
  • Add hing, turmeric powder, daliya and again microwave for 1 more minute.
  • Add poha, mix well, and put it back in the microwave for 3 more minutes.
  • Add salt and sugar to taste, mix well.

Notes

  • Each microwave is different so adjust cooking time accordingly. I have microwave with power of 1100 watt.
