Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Roasted chana dal
  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Black salt
  • 1/4 tsp Chat masala
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • Finely chopped green chili

Instructions

  • In a blender jar take roasted chana dal, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chili, black salt, chat masala, roasted cumin powder, salt, and blend it roughly once.
  • Add lemon juice, oil, a little water and blend it once more.
  • Chutney doesn’t spread everywhere and no moisture is released due to oil.
  • Taste the chutney and you can adjust the required things while blending it.
  • Finally, add 1 tsp oil and blend it once more.
  • Sandwich chutney is already.
  • Take a bread slice and spread butter.
  • Spread sandwich chutney on both slices.
  • Give a layer of cooked potato slices.
  • Spread chat masala, roasted cumin powder, and black pepper powder.
  • Spread some tomato slices, chopped capsicum, onion slices.
  • You can add veggies of your choice and the way in which you want.
  • Again sprinkle some chat masala, roasted cumin powder, and black pepper powder and close the sandwich.
  • You can add some cheese and grill the sandwich or have as it is.
